Kivori をご利用いただくにあたり、本利用規約への同意が必要です。ご同意いただけない場合はご利用をお控えください。

1. Kivori について

Kivori は、あなたが会った人を思い出すためのパーソナル CRM です。現状有姿で提供され、明示・黙示を問わず何らの保証も行いません。可用性は変更される場合があり、サービスの変更・停止を行うことがあります。

2. アカウント

Kivori は 13 歳以上のご利用を推奨しています。デジタル同意年齢がこれより高く定められている法域 (例: GDPR の 16 歳など) では、その年齢に満たない方は保護者の同意のうえでご利用ください。記録内容はご自身の責任で管理してください。合法な範囲で、正当な目的がある場合にのみ他者に関する情報を記録してください。

以下の目的での利用は禁止します。

対象者から秘密として扱うよう告げられた情報の保存
正当な理由のない、他者に関するデータの記録
特定の人物への嫌がらせ・ストーカー行為・プロファイリング
サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、再販、スクレイピング

規約に違反したアカウントは停止する場合があります。

3. あなたのコンテンツ

入力した内容の権利はあなたに帰属します。当社は、サービス運営に必要な範囲 (文字起こしを言語モデルに送信して構造化メモリを抽出することを含む) においてのみ、限定的な使用許諾を得ます。

4. 第三者サービス

Kivori は以下を利用しています。

Supabase: ストレージと認証
Google Vertex AI (Gemini): AI 抽出
Sentry: クラッシュレポート
PostHog: プライバシー配慮型の利用分析

それぞれの利用範囲について、各社の規約が適用されます。

5. 責任の制限

当社は間接的損害について責任を負いません。総合的な責任の上限は、請求日から遡って 12 か月間にお客様から当社にお支払いいただいた金額とします。

6. 変更

本規約は随時変更する場合があります。重要な変更については、施行前にアプリ内でご案内します。

1. What Kivori is

Kivori is a personal CRM that helps you remember people you meet. It is provided as-is, without warranty. Availability may change; we may modify or discontinue the service.

2. Your account

Kivori is recommended for users aged 13 and above. In jurisdictions with a higher digital consent age (for example, 16 under GDPR), users below that age should have a parent or guardian's consent. You are responsible for what you record; keep it lawful, and only record information about people where you have a legitimate purpose for doing so.

Do not use Kivori to:

store information you were told to keep confidential by its subject,
record data about people without a legitimate personal reason,
harass, stalk, or profile any person,
attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to what you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of running the service — including sending your transcript to a language model to extract structured memories.

4. Third-party services

Kivori uses:

Supabase for storage and authentication,
Google Vertex AI (Gemini) for AI extraction,
Sentry for crash reporting,
PostHog for privacy-preserving usage analytics.

Their terms apply to their portion of the service.

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app.
